Hello, my name is Ursula Logan I am the CEO and founder of The U Factor Salon and Boutique. I have been a licensed cosmetologist for 28 plus years and a nonsurgical hair replacement specialist since 2012. I also worked in retail for over 11 years before I decided to choose a different path. Our company was established in February 2011.We are located in Memphis Tennessee. My goal was to create a total look for my clients to give them a great confidence boost. We offer healthy hair, classic and chic looks that would transition my clients from day to night and from one season to another.
